Returns and Refunds:

If you haven't received your order, please let us know at Info@myenov.com.

 

Due to the nature of this product, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, unless the product arrived damaged.

If delivery fails for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund or a new order according to your preferences

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to Info@myenov.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We will do our best to solve any problem rapid as possible
 

DO NOT USE A PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED.
 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within the expected time frame according to the method of shipping used, please contact us at Info@myenov.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
